The "elephant camp" was actually an elephant and oxen camp, for some reason. Anyways, The elephant ride was followed by an ox-cart ride. A few minutes in, the rider just handed me the reins and hopped off to take pics like the above. We were going too slowly for me to really be bewildered, but I did have to focus -- the left one was lazy, so we were always veering left. I had to keep jabbing him in the ass with the handle of my buggy whip while I'd haul on the right rein. We almost ended up in a ditch once, but it was a pleasant and uneventful ride otherwise. I even did a decent parking job at the end, up along the embarkation platform.
